Opći uvjeti poslovanja

2. Kupci
Prodajemo isključivo poslovnim subjektima: trgovačkim društvima, obrtima, udrugama, ustanovama i drugim pravnim osobama. Narudžbe fizičkih osoba za osobne potrebe ne prihvaćamo. Pri narudžbi kupac upisuje OIB poslovnog subjekta i potvrđuje da naručuje u njegovo ime.
3. Proizvod
NFC stalak za Google recenzije: bijeli stolni stalak dimenzija 12 × 14 cm (širina × visina) s ugrađenim NFC čipom. Kad gost prisloni pametni telefon, otvara se stranica za recenziju poslovanja kupca na Googleu, bez aplikacije. Svaki stalak programiramo poveznicom na Google profil kupca i zatim zaključavamo čip.
4. Narudžba
Narudžbu šaljete putem obrasca na stranici ili porukom na WhatsApp. Ugovor je sklopljen kad vam pošaljemo potvrdu narudžbe s podacima za plaćanje. Za više od tri stalka šaljemo pojedinačnu ponudu.
5. Cijene i dostava
- 1 stalak: 25 € + dostava 10 €
- 2 stalka: 40 €, dostava besplatna
- 3 stalka: 55 €, dostava besplatna
Cijene su konačne; obrt nije u sustavu PDV-a te PDV nije obračunat. Dostavljamo na području cijele Hrvatske, u roku od 7 do 14 dana od zaprimljene uplate.
6. Plaćanje
Plaćanje je unaprijed, uplatom na račun prema podacima iz potvrde narudžbe. Račun izdajemo na poslovni subjekt kupca. Ako uplata ne stigne u roku navedenom u potvrdi, narudžba se otkazuje.
7. Povrat
Stalci se programiraju i zaključavaju za poslovanje kupca pa povrat nije moguć. To ne utječe na reklamacije zbog nedostataka.
8. Reklamacije
Vidljiva oštećenja prijavite odmah po primitku pošiljke, a ostale nedostatke čim ih otkrijete, na info@lumi-nfc.com, po mogućnosti s fotografijom. Ako je reklamacija opravdana, stalak ćemo ponovno programirati ili zamijeniti, a ako to nije moguće, vratit ćemo novac.
9. Mjerodavno pravo i sporovi
Primjenjuje se pravo Republike Hrvatske. Sporove nastojimo riješiti sporazumno, a ako to ne uspije, nadležan je stvarno nadležni sud u Zagrebu.
10. Osobni podaci
Podatke kontakt osoba obrađujemo u skladu s Pravilima privatnosti.
11. Završne odredbe
Na svaku narudžbu primjenjuju se uvjeti objavljeni u trenutku njezina slanja.

2. Buyers
We sell to businesses only: companies, sole trades, associations, institutions and other legal entities. We do not accept orders from private individuals for personal use. When ordering, the buyer enters the business's OIB and confirms they are ordering on its behalf.
3. Product
NFC Google review stand: a white tabletop stand measuring 12 × 14 cm (width × height) with a built-in NFC chip. When a guest taps a smartphone on it, the Google review page for the buyer's business opens, with no app. We program every stand with the link to the buyer's Google profile and then lock the chip.
4. Orders
You order through the form on the site or by WhatsApp message. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation with payment details. For more than three stands we send an individual quote.
5. Prices and delivery
- 1 stand: €25 + €10 delivery
- 2 stands: €40, free delivery
- 3 stands: €55, free delivery
Prices are final; LUMI is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. We deliver throughout Croatia within 7 to 14 days of receiving payment.
6. Payment
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, using the details in the order confirmation. The invoice is issued to the buyer's business. If payment does not arrive within the period stated in the confirmation, the order is cancelled.
7. Returns
Stands are programmed and locked for the buyer's business, so returns are not possible. This does not affect claims for defects.
8. Defect claims
Report visible damage as soon as you receive the parcel, and other defects as soon as you discover them, to info@lumi-nfc.com, ideally with a photo. If the claim is justified, we will reprogram or replace the stand, or refund the price if neither is possible.
9. Governing law and disputes
Croatian law applies. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
10. Personal data
We process contact persons' data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Final provisions
Each order is governed by the terms published at the time it is sent.
